Welcome to BzeeLibrary. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our website and mobile application. BzeeLibrary is designed to help reading rooms and libraries manage student attendance, fee processing, and seat assignments.

1. Information We Collect

Personal Identification Information: Name, email address, phone number, date of birth, gender, father’s name, and Aadhar number (if required by your institution).
Location Data: We collect precise location data (Latitude and Longitude) via the mobile app solely to enable the geofenced attendance feature.
Device and Usage Data: IP addresses, device types, login times, and app usage logs.
Financial Information: When subscriptions are paid, we partner with Razorpay. We do not store your raw credit card or UPI PIN data. We only store identifiers provided by Razorpay (like customer_id and subscription_id).

2. How We Use Your Information

To create, operate, and maintain your user account.
To track and record daily attendance via location services.
To process fee payments, manage subscriptions, and generate receipts.
To assign and manage library seating.
To communicate with you and provide customer support.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell or rent your personal data. Your data is visible to the administrators of the specific reading room you are enrolled in. We only share data with trusted third-party vendors (like Razorpay for payments) who assist us in operating the Service securely.

4. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including password encryption and HTTPS) to protect your personal information. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Data Deletion and User Rights

You have the right to access, update, or request the deletion of your personal data. Users can request the deletion of their account and associated data by contacting their institution's administrator directly, using the Account Deletion option in the app, or by emailing us at support@bzeelibrary.com.
