Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellations

As an Administrator, you may cancel your BzeeLibrary monthly subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent any future billing. You will continue to have access to the Admin Dashboard and its features until the end of your current paid billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy for Subscriptions

BzeeLibrary operates on a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) model. Because our service provides immediate digital access to management tools:

  • We do not offer refunds or credits for partial months of service.
  • We do not offer refunds for unused time if you choose to stop using the platform before your billing cycle ends.

3. Technical Errors & Failed Transactions

If a technical error results in a double charge, or if your account is debited but the subscription is not activated, please contact us immediately.

Failed transactions where the amount is deducted from your bank account are automatically refunded by our payment gateway (Razorpay) directly to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

4. Dispute Resolution

If you believe you have been billed in error, you must contact our support team within 7 days of the billing date to investigate the charge.

5. Student Fee Payments

Please note: BzeeLibrary does not handle refunds for fees paid by Students directly to their Reading Room/Institution. Any disputes regarding student library fees must be handled directly between the Student and the Institution Administrator.
