By downloading, installing, or using the BzeeLibrary website and application (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

BzeeLibrary provides reading rooms and libraries with management tools, including student registration, fee tracking, geofenced attendance, and seat allocation.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Our Admin Service is billed on a subscription basis, typically monthly, following any applicable 14-day free trial. Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize us (via our payment processor, Razorpay) to charge your payment method. We do not provide refunds for any partial subscription periods.

Fee payments made by Students to Institutions through the app are processed by third-party gateways. BzeeLibrary is not responsible for payment gateway failures. Any disputes regarding student fee amounts must be resolved directly with the reading room administration.

3. Payment Failures & Account Termination

If an Admin's subscription payment fails, the institution account and all associated student accounts will be automatically deactivated. Accounts will be reactivated upon successful payment clearing. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for conduct that violates these Terms.

4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Users must provide accurate and lawful registration information.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• Acceptable Use: Attempting to spoof location data to falsify attendance will result in immediate account suspension.

5. Geofencing and Location Services

The student attendance feature requires access to your device's location services. By using this feature, you consent to the app accessing your precise location solely to verify your presence at the registered institution.

6. Intellectual Property & Liability

All code, design, and features of BzeeLibrary are the intellectual property of the developers. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the Service. BzeeLibrary shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
